215 W Liberty Street after the demolition but before the new roof!

The beginning!  Would you have bought a building with a lake inside?  This is truly waterfront or puts a spin on it anyway!  When it rained the east wall was like a waterfall!  Wish I had taken a photo of that!
The moss in the lake and the 3 inches of water meant that we had to invest in stylish galoshes!
Well I must say....watch tomorrow for me to show you what this space now looks like!
